Whitney Houston was found dead in a bathtub after what was said to be a night of prescription pills and alcohol. While we were all trying to make this make sense to ourselves, many began to question whether or not Bobby was the downfall of Whitney. Bobby took America’s first black princess, according to Oprah, and turned her into the Mrs. Crack is Whack lady.
Tonight we will be having our Reality Recap episode of some of your favorite reality shows but we would not be able to really get through the show if we did not mention the death of legendary Whitney Houston. LOS ANGELES — Whitney Houston, who ruled as pop music’s queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown, has died. She was 48.
Houston’s publicist, Kristen Foster, said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unknown.
News of Houston’s death came on the eve of music’s biggest night — the Grammy Awards. It’s a showcase where she once reigned, and her death was sure to case a heavy pall on Sunday’s ceremony. Houston’s longtime mentor Clive Davis was to hold his annual concert and dinner Saturday; it was unclear if it was going to go forward.
This just in, Lawrence from the Real House Wives of Atlanta has just been cast in the remake of the TV classic I dream of Genie. Wait he hasn’t. What do you mean he just showed up like that? Awwww, they look like such good friends in that picture. Well that is a thing of the past because they know we don’t tune in to see them sip coffee and giggle. We want the drama and as usual they delivered. Well in true Real House Wives of Atlanta fashion, people are running their mouths and you know we are there to catch it. Now we are not sure why Cynthia is acting like she is about that life but obviously the producers told her that the checks were about to run dry if she didn’t stop writing friend contracts and start some drama. I’m guessing she looked at Marlo and NeNe and said well they are big enough to whip that a** so she thought Sheree would be a better target. Cynthia was quoted saying that Sheree “lost her house, her car, and her man”. What Cynthia must have forgot is that Ms. Sheree “Who gon check me boo” Whitfield doesn’t bite her tongue for anyone.
The Basketball wives 4 teaser makes me wish I could blink my eyes and make it February 20th today. According to the trailer this season will be like no other. First Jennifer and Evelyn’s circle, in the words of Tammy, is now and straight. They seem to be yelling at each other every episode. Also, there are two new cast member who seems to be just as messy as the older ones to bring a different twist on things. You know these ladies don’t like anyone who has a brain so can’t wait to see what happens with that. Oh yea, let’s forget our favorite diva Tammy. Too Short would have been proud of her because of all the b**ches she used in that scene.
